Who We Are

Kevin Croghan, Owner and Lead Consultant

Kevin is a leadership and instructional coach, Design Thinker, Minimalist, and at his core, he will always be a Middle School Social Studies teacher.

Kevin’s expertise comes from thirteen years as a public school classroom teacher, instructional coach, field manager, and director. He has facilitated learning and strategic planning sessions throughout the state of Colorado, and has presented nationally and internationally on topics ranging from Blended Learning, Personalized Learning, and Minimalism. Prior to becoming a classroom teacher in 2006, Kevin worked in management for nonprofit and for-profit organizations.

He has an extensive background in strategic planning and professional learning, and regularly facilitates professional development on a diverse variety of instructional methods relating to Personalized Learning.

Kevin lives in Centennial, Colorado with his loving wife, two kids, devoted dog, and ambivalent cat. He’s a full-time papa as well as a part-time consultant, and he enjoys camping, hiking, and riding his bike in the beautiful Colorado sun. Occasionally, you might find him just listening to his favorite podcasts and whittlin’ something while sitting on his patio.
